I’m an introverted extrovert. And although I’m a terrible singer, I love to chant my favorite songs – everything from T. Swift to hip hop – when I’m in the car! I love tiramisu and coffee with too much milk. Scarves are one of my must-have accessories! I’m addicted to design of all kinds – interior, landscape, graphic, food, fashion, all of it.
Happy Monday, friends! I hope you’ve been enjoying a wonderful summer! Here at our house, we’ve been spending as much time outdoors as possible! Remington has been catching frogs and learning more and more about them. One frog keeps coming back to hang out with him, and he’s named her Cutie. She’s an Eastern Gray Tree Frog. And we’ve found another kind of frog – a Northern Leopard Frog – who is a quick little leaper! Emerson loves watching every move that his big brother makes and just turned 19 months! Where does the time go?! Speaking of time, just over a year ago, our handsome nephew married his high school sweetheart, Adessa. Their outdoor wedding was set in a charming spot on the wooded property of Camp Rotary. The bridal party camped there the days leading up to the wedding to hang out and to decorate and to enjoy the summer and natural surroundings. And just after their 1st anniversary, I learned that their wedding was featured on Borrowed & Blue! Be sure to check out their post here!
Adessa and Logan, what a lovely wedding day you had! From your gorgeous tea length lace dress to your adorable First Look in the woods to the dance you shared as husband and wife…it was an honor to be a part of it all! Wishing you a wonderful anniversary and many, many more ahead! Love you both!!!
Happy Monday! It’s an extra-wonderful Monday! I just received an email to let me know that my most recent styled wedding shoot has been featured on Borrowed & Blue’s wedding planning website! And I may or may not have done a happy dance right here in my office!

Happy Tuesday! I’m honored and so excited to have one of my favorite weddings featured in the newest local wedding planning site that just launched, Borrowed & Blue! You can see the entire feature here! Congratulations, Jen and Andy!
I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful Easter weekend! We spent time with family, and it was just what we needed!
I’m excited to announce that an image from Anne + Nick’s Indianapolis Engagement Session has been featured by Mass Ave Wine Shoppe on snappening.com! Thank to Jill at Mass Ave Wine Shoppe for making our Session so much fun! (If you like chardonnay, I highly recommend Le Drunk Rooster! It is an unoaked variety, which is the only kind of chardonnay that I like…thanks to Nick for teaching me the difference! For so long I just did not like chardonnay! And now I know why!) And thank you to Crystal at snappening for telling me about this!

I’m so excited for Anne and Nick’s wedding in May! Thanks again to Jill and Crystal! And, of course, thank you to Anne and Nick for being so amazing! I’m so excited for you two!
