Have I mentioned lately that I absolutely love my job? Well, it’s true, I love it! I have met so many amazing people, and I couldn’t be happier about it. Seeing happy, loving families and how they interact with each other is so much fun. I love how each one’s personality shines and how they see the world. Here are some of my favorite images of families and kids from 2009. These are numbered for purposes of making it easy for commenting. Which one is your favorite? I would love to hear what you think, so please leave a comment!

I’m sure you recognize this little cutie who has appeared several times on my blog now. And I’ve mentioned before how much fun it has been to watch her grow since she was born back in January. She is fast-approaching her 1st birthday, and I cannot believe it! Mason, you are the sweetest little girl! Thank you so much for allowing me to capture you during your first year, can’t wait to see what’s next for you! For those of you interested in seeing one of the most adorable “photographic history lessons”, click the following links for Mason’s newborn, 3 months, 6 months, and family sessions. As soon as I walked in the door, Mason was very curious as to what I brought with me and when her session would begin! She was all business!
Hi there, Mason!
Move over toys, Mason’s hopped in the basket…with some help!
Sugar and spice and everything nice, that’s what Mason’s made of!
Lil’ Traveler
Yes, another favorite. I’ve said it before, but she is just a doll!
Love this one too!
Howdy, Justin! Had to include your funny face, since I asked for it! 😉
And this young man is a year old already! Jonathan, you’re adorable!
David is the new addition to their crew, and he is a huge Boilers fan already.
One of few trees with colorful leaves still hanging on…just for Mason!
Mason kept busy, there were leaves to play with, dancing assistants to watch, and then she showed us that she can wave! It was too cute!
Mason was workin’ it for the camera…and then she checked on her
Mom and Dad to make sure they were paying attention!
Kim, Evelyn, and Chris
And Miss Evelyn is not your typicial girly-girl…although, we may say differently in a minute…
she loves leaves and sticks and the great outdoors. And several Disney characters too.
A few days later, we met up for some portraits of Evie.
She had just turned 3 back in August.
Happy Belated Birthday, Evie!
