“Sugar and spice, and everything nice, that’s what little girls are made of!” And Mason is one of those sweet little girls! She is growing so fast…and she moves fast too! I can’t believe she’s just over 18 months old now…time sure does fly, doesn’t it? (Check out Mason’s “her-story” here, here, here, here, here, and here.)

Favorite! Mason, you are the definition of cute!

She brought one of her favorite toys, Hop-Hop, aka Hoppy the Bunny. 🙂

And I just love this one…

Like I said, she can move fast! Off and running!

We played a game, which I now call Bunny See, Bunny Do.

When Bunny sat on the chair, Mason wanted to do it too! 😉

I just love Mason’s carefree spirit and energy in this one!

We saw a few squirrels running around, and she would have loved to have caught one!

What a great evening we had for a family session! Meet Todd, Cristina, and Jack! A fun, loving family with gorgeous blue eyes! And Jack is turning 5 very soon! Happy early Birthday, Jack!!!

Sneak Peek: Family: Todd + Cristina + Jack

I can hardly believe that this little guy is 6 months old, well, now 7 months! Colin is such a cutie! I met up with him and his parents at the park on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Kristen and Nick just celebrated their 2 year wedding anniversary – Happy Anniversary!!! They are absolutely smitten with their little man, and I can totally see why! Take a look!

Colin definitely knows how to work the camera, I love his serious expressions here!

He brought along some of his favorite things to play with…cooking utensils and a shiny pan!

Perhaps it’s a hint that he’ll be a world-famous chef one day…

Some passers-by saw Colin reading his favorite book and commented that this was quite possibly the cutest thing that they had ever seen…and I have to agree!

I need to put this on my ‘must-read’ list, because it’s obviously a very, very good book. 😉

After reading his book, we were off to the playground!

Colin ‘swam’ down to the end of the slide, only to find a sea of mulch!

Colin: 6 months

It’s been a hot, hot, HOT summer! And the day of this amazing, adorable, fun family’s session was no exception! In fact, we were forced to cut our time short because of the heat and humidity. Fortunately, there was absolutely no shortage of smiles or laughter! Mike, Melody, Anabelle, and Emilia, you are all so, so wonderful! I just love your genuine family connection. Heather and Brian traveled to Italy for their honeymoon, so of course we had to incorporate that!

Emily, I don’t want to ruin any surprises, but I can tell you that your parents got you something very special from that trip…! 😉

Two natural beauties.

I love personalizing newborn sessions, well, every session, for that matter. One night I couldn’t sleep because my mind was in a hyper-creative-brainstorming-idea-swirling-a-million-miles-an-hour kind of state, when it hit me…An eye chart!!! An eye chart would be “the” perfect little something for Emily. It just so happens that Emily’s dad is an optometrist. I used her name and all the details about the day she was born. Score! And my favorite! 🙂
