This time of year, I count my blessings more often than usual. For example, I photographed a sweet senior in late summer, as well as another wonderful senior last fall, and they both referred this next adorable family to me! It’s no wonder I love my job – my amazing clients refer their amazing friends and family to me, and the amazingness keeps on going! I truly do have the best clients! Meet Tanner and Katie, and their beyond adorable daughter, Kathryn, who was just shy of 5 months old for our session! She was all smiles as we started the session out in her colorful nursery before heading to their family’s lovely wooded land! As the sun set, it quickly turned quite chilly out so we made things happen so little Kathryn wouldn’t freeze! It was so fun to witness just how much they adore their daughter! We had a beautiful summer evening for family photos! As I mentioned a while back, we had been trying to get this scheduled for a few months, and especially before I was due! And they brought their four-legged best friend, Elbog! Such a sweet dog, and he absolutely adores Mason. So sit back, relax, and enjoy some of my favorites featuring one of my favorite families! One of my last sessions before taking a little time off to prepare for the arrival of our baby was with one of the sweetest families I’ve ever met. Allison and Greg are proud parents to twins, Harry James and Lucy Magnolia. And their story is quite an amazing one. Harry and Lucy were born at 28 weeks. They stayed in the hospital, getting stronger and stronger each day. They arrived home happy and healthy the week of their session, and I was so excited to meet them! They are absolutely beautiful! Oh, how time flies! It seems like just yesterday that Kristen and Nick were waiting for their little guy to arrive! And now he’s 2 1/2 years old! I’ve had the sheer joy of documenting this family since their wedding, and seeing them now, it’s obvious they are so happy and loving every minute of being parents to adorable Colin! It’s been so fun to have so many cute kiddos featured on the blog recently! Don’t they just put a huge smile on your face? Well, I’ve got another one for you to start the weekend!
